Falanghina del Sannio di Feudi di San Gregorio is a fresh and versatile white wine, perfect as an aperitif or paired with fresh fish, vegetable, and cheese dishes. Ferment in steel at low temperature and then refine for about five months on the yeasts, also in steel, to accentuate the fruit's fragrance to the maximum. Small white flowers and crisp white-fleshed fruit emerge on the nose. The sip is balanced, agile, with a crisp finish that invites you to sip.

GRAPE VARIETY: Falanghina.

Winemaking: About 5 months in steel tanks with permanence on their own yeasts.

Organoleptic Analysis: The color is pale straw yellow with shiny greenish reflections. The scent is intense and persistent with sensations of small white flowers and fruit. To the taste it is fresh and balanced, with a clean finish.

Food pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies any type of appetizer, fish and vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses.
