Wine is one of the oldest, most complex and fascinating drinks in the world, produced by the alcoholic fermentation of grape juice.

Red Wines: Obtained by fermenting the must in contact with the skins of black grapes. They develop tannins, structure and hints of red fruits, spices or wood.
White Wines: Generally produced by pressing white grapes without contact with the skins. They are distinguished by freshness, acidity and floral or fruity notes.
Rosé Wines: Obtained from black grapes with a very short contact (a few hours) between must and skins. They combine the freshness of whites with the scents of reds.
Sparkling Wines: Characterized by the presence of carbon dioxide (bubbles) obtained through a second fermentation, as in the Classic Method (Champagne, Franciacorta) or Martinotti/Charmat Method (Prosecco).
Sweet Wines and Passiti: Made from grapes left to wilt to concentrate sugars, ideal for pairing with desserts or blue cheeses.
