Pasta di Gragnano IGP is a food paste obtained from the dough of durum wheat semolina with water from the local aquifer. The formats put into consumption are different and all typical, from the characteristic wrinkled surface given by drawing to bronze, fruit of the imagination of the pastai gragnanesi.

The production area of Pasta di Gragnano PGI covers the entire territory of the municipality of Gragnano, in the province of Naples, in the region of Campania.
