Refund policy

Any refund is processed 24/48h AFTER DELIVERY and will be visible on your statement WITHIN 2/3 WORKING DAYS.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Unfortunately sometimes we get some products to be temporarily unavailable, it's something that we cannot control and predict. Our products must be ordered from Italy (we are mainly wholesalers) and this means that can be subjected to variations, as stated on our policy. In cases like this we process a refund of what's missing. You will receive a notification email. The amount will be visible in your account statement in 2/3 working days. Whatever is missing in the final invoice, will not be delivered unless reordered.

Please note that your final invoice and payment value may differ from your initial pre-authorised payment. This may reflect that some items in your order may not be available at the time of picking, or that your order includes one or more variable weight products for which final weights will be confirmed at the time of picking and invoicing.

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please email us at info@cibilimited.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt and we will refund your money, re-ship /replace your order, or make other arrangements.*
The object of your email should be the order/invoice number and you should clearly specify the reasons.
If you believe that your order is received damaged, please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the item was shipped in) and attach it to your email.

*Customer must check items delivered & must advice any discrepancies within one day of delivery. Customer is requested to obtain driver's signature for any cash paid & driver must sign for the amount also on our copy.

CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT A PURCHASE

If you change your mind about a product, you’re not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange.

When you buy a product, the sale is final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You are not entitled to a refund or exchange if:

  • you change your mind
  • your circumstances change
  • you find cheaper products elsewhere.
