Shipping policy

 Orders placed from FRIDAY after 9:00 AM to TUESDAY 9:00 AM → will be delivered or ready for pickup between MONDAY and WEDNESDAY of the following week (approximately 7 to 10 days)

Orders placed from TUESDAY after 9:00 AM to FRIDAY 9:00 AM → will be delivered or ready for pickup between THURSDAY and FRIDAY of the following week (approximately 7 to 10 days).


We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note that your final invoice and payment value may differ from your initial pre-authorised payment. This may reflect that some items in your order may not be available at the time of picking, or that your order includes one or more variable weight products for which final weights will be confirmed at the time of picking and invoicing.

DELIVERY COSTS

WITHIN the M25 (London):
Orders less than £500.00 - delivery cost of £19.80 + VAT
Equal or above £500.00 - No fees apply
Ulez area (different fee may  apply )

 
OUTSIDE the M25 (UK Mainland):
Due to the rise in diesel prices caused by the current situation, we are forced to adjust our transport rates.
Small Parcel - delivery cost of £12.49 + VAT (NO FRAGILE PRODUCTS )
Medium Parcel (2 parcels) - delivery cost of £24.98 + VAT (NO FRAGILE PRODUCTS )
New- Large Parcel (3 parcels) delivery cost of £38.45 + VAT
Orders above 75kg up to 250kg (half pallet) - delivery cost of £68.00 + VAT
Orders above 250kg up to 650kg (1 pallet) - delivery cost of £82.00 + VAT
Equal or above £1,200 (per pallet) - No fees apply
From 2 pallets or above - We will get in touch with you to give you more details !

Dear Customer,

Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to ship fragile items—such as glass bottles, plastic buckets, and delicate food products (e.g., crackers, rusks, and similar items)—via standard parcel delivery.

These products can only be shipped when the order quantity is sufficient for palletized transportation.

Please note that we cannot accept orders for drinking water only.

In mixed-item orders, a maximum of 10 cases of drinking water may be included.
