Description

Rocca Toscana, il piacere, il formaggio pecorino stagionato aromatizzato al tartufo  , circa 1.5kg.

Crumbly and slightly sour paste. The long aging balances the taste with a pronounced aroma of truffles. A cheese with a well harmonized and complex flavour. Silver Award at the World Cheese Award 2024.

Intense perfume and intoxicating aroma: the truffle, a treasure chest of the "Molecule of Pleasure", is combined with the taste of cheese in an aphrodisiac.

INGREDIENTS:

Pasteurized sheep MILK, Summer Truffle ,preparation 1,7% (minced black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum vitt)(0,8%), water, flavor, salt), salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.

SHELF LIFE: this product offers its best quality when consumed within 120 days for the small wheels, within 150 days for the medium and for the giant wheels.
