The pork is left to macerate in white wine, seasoned with salt, pepper and fresh garlic giving a good flavour. It is then filled into a medium-thin gut called "Zia" and left mature in cool, humid cellars for five to six months.

Pork, salt, dextrose, sucrose, spices, flavorings, garlic 0.15%, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate). Budello not edible. Origin: Italy.
