Salanova® is an innovative type of "multi-leaf" lettuce developed by Rijk Zwaan, characterized by an extremely compact head that contains up to three or four times the number of leaves compared to a traditional lettuce. 
Its unique structure allows you to separate all the leaves with a single cut at the base, making it immediately ready for use without further waste.
Due to the density of its cells, it has a higher shelf life than common lettuces, staying fresh longer in the refrigerator.
