FINI launches the “Le Ricette Integrali” line, the only range of fresh filled pasta on the market made exclusively with flour and whole wheat semolina, a source of fiber, with raw, porous pastry designed to offer a rustic and intense flavor. Lots of good and tasty fillings to bring to the table a rich dish with all the authenticity of a less processed flour.

A classic of Italian tradition, with raw ham and Parmigiano Reggiano, today finally also in the whole-wheat version, with rough and porous sheets made only with whole-wheat flours, for a rustic and authentic taste.

Pasta 55%: whole wheat flour 42%, whole durum wheat semolina 28%, EGGS 17%, water.

Filling 35%: raw ham 38% (pig meat, salt), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), braised meat (pig meat, salt, vegetable fiber [pea], onion powder), mortadella (pig meat, salt, dextrose, natural flavors), Parmigiano Reggiano CHEESE DOP 12%, natural flavor, salt, nutmeg.
