Lots of good and tasty fillings to bring to the table a rich dish with all the authenticity of a less processed flour.

The full flavor of a flavorful recipe based on basil and potato pesto, suitable for a vegetarian diet, offered by Fini in a whole-wheat version with rough, raw pastry, based only on whole-wheat flours.

For pasta:
Pasta 55%: whole wheat flour 42%, whole durum wheat semolina 28%, EGGS 17%, water.

For the filling:
Filling 45%: Potato puree 43%, cheese (MILK, salt, enzymes), basil 10%, whey powder, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), water, starches, salt, vegetable fiber (pea, OATS, psyllium, citrus), natural flavors, MILK protein, garlic powder.
