A classic of Emilian gastronomic tradition in a lactose-free version, delicious and tasty with a creamy filling, made with delacto ricotta and spinach. Ideal with melted butter and sage.

Ingredients:

For pasta:
Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour 63%, EGGS 20%, durum WHEAT semolina, water.

For the filling:
Filling 50%: Lactose-free ricotta 30% (whey, milk), spinach 15%, sautéed herbs (bieta, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt, carrot fiber, garlic), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt), sunflower oil, lactose-free cheese (milk, salt, enzymes), water, starches, salt, sugar, vegetable fiber, natural lactose-free flavor (contains milk), garlic powder.
*Lactose-free (< 0.1g per 100g). The product contains glucose and galactose as a consequence of lactose cleavage.
