The Oswego biscuit was born in London at the end of the 18th century as an ideal biscuit to accompany the «Oswego Tea», a drink created in the homonymous American town.

Thanks to the trade routes he crossed the sea and landed in Venice where Giacomo Colussi discovered it, starting production in his small shop, where they were cooked slowly and carefully in the coal-fired oven.
