Santa Margherita was the first company to white-wine pink Pinot Grigio grapes. With this method the must does not remain in contact with the husks, from which it would otherwise acquire their rust color. After soft pressing the must is placed to ferment for 10-15 days at 18° C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is stored at a controlled temperature of 15 - 16° C in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal at the table with seafood salads, fish and shellfish first courses, tasty soups and white meats.
