It rises in the heart of Piedmont, among winding hills and picturesque villages. Gavi of the Municipality of Gavi DOCG Mirage di Bersano, is an elegant and typical white.

GRAPE VARIETY: Cortese 100%.

Winemaking: Manual harvesting of the best bunches, soft pressing of the grapes and subsequent fermentation of the must in stainless steel containers at low temperature until all the sugars are exhausted.

Organoleptic Analysis: Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it is characteristic and fragrant with refined floral notes and intense fruity notes of pineapple and peach. Fresh, harmonious and elegant with full and soft body. Fruitful and persistent finish.

Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies appetizers, seafood and fish dishes in general.
