From Aglianico grapes vinified in red with long maceration and temperature control, this wine is obtained with a more or less intense ruby color. It has a vinous and pleasant scent with hints of red fruit, memories of strawberry and raspberry. The flavour is typical, dry, harmonious, velvety.

GRAPE VARIETY: Aglianico.

WINEMAKING: With a wooden passage for about six months and a further six months in steel.

Organoleptic Analysis: Ruby red color tending towards garnet with aging, consistent, intense, persistent and fine aroma, floral/spicy with hints of purple, dry taste, warm with alcohol, quite soft and tannic, of good structure, balanced and harmonious

Food pairings: It pairs well with red meats and game in general, well-aged hard cheeses, roasts and the like
