Red Wine.

A pure Avola Black, fragrant and pleasant, with a bright ruby red color with purple reflections. From the fruity bouquet with hints of plum and cherry to which are combined notes of delicate spice. Fruity notes are found on the palate; it is soft and supported by excellent freshness.

PRODUCTION AREA: South-western Sicily, Contessa Entellina Estate and surrounding territories.

WINEMAKING: fermentation is carried out in steel with maceration on the skins for approximately 6-8 days at a temperature of 24-25°C. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 4 months in a tank and then in a bottle for at least another 3 months.

Ideal with fish soups, pizza, or tomato spaghetti; also excellent with roast beef. Serve in medium sized glasses, can be uncorked on the spot, excellent slightly fresh (15-16°C).
