The "1932" Primitivo Salento IGT is a renowned Apulian red wine produced by the historic Produttori winery of Manduria. The name of the line pays homage to the year of the cooperative's foundation (1932), a fundamental reality that enhances the identity of the Primitivo grape variety throughout the world.
GRAPE VARIETY: Primitivo.
Winemaking: Temperature-controlled fermentation and subsequent aging in steel and bottle tanks.
Color: Deep ruby red, enriched with elegant purple reflections.
Aroma: Rich and complex olfactory profile with marked aromas of ripe red fruits, among which cherry, blackberry and plum stand out.
Taste: On the palate it is soft, pleasantly fresh, fruity and with good structure.
Food pairings: It pairs perfectly with meat-based menus, barbecues, roasts, first courses with flavorful meat sauces and aged cheeses.
