Bread type "0" partially cooked with durum wheat semolina with extra virgin olive oil 3,5%.

A base to fill, crisp at the edges and soft in the center, prepared with mother yeast and spread by hand. Baked on stone, with practical baking tray.

Ingredients:

Soft wheat flour type "0" 47%*, water, durum wheat semolina 5.2%*, sourdough 4.2%* (water, soft wheat flour type "0"), salt, extra virgin olive oil 3.5%*, yeast, malted barley flour.
Product packaged in a protective atmosphere and treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface.
