Fontal is a semi-hard cheese that comes from the need to combine and integrate the characteristics of Fontina and Emmental. The result is a very versatile cheese with a sweet taste that is a passepartout in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

Pasteurized milk, salt, rennet, preservative: E251. Inedible rind treated with dyes: E160b, E172 and preservative: E235.
