Egg tagliatelle originated in Emilia and Romagna but are now a “cult” format widespread throughout Italy and the world. They are designed by Farabella to bring the truest and most traditional authentic flavors to the table in a gluten-free version.
They are made with the best corn and rice flours, with eggs “free-range” (for free-range farming), with spring water from the Maiella and with a slow drying process, respecting the ancient pasta-making tradition of Fara San Martino. Thanks to the rough surface they retain all types of seasoning as best as possible.
