The Arabica di Borbone blend impresses with its medium-dark roasting, which gives it a nutty flavor, dark chocolate and a little brown sugar.
The roasting is well balanced, the espresso is not too strong and contains little caffeine. On the contrary, it caresses the palate with its soft and sweet taste.
The finish reveals the typical fruity aromas of Arabica, reminiscent of papaya, blueberry and grapes.
For a 100% Arabica, this blend is still creamy in the cup, with an excellent thick cream, dark brown in color and long lasting.
