The particular bronze drawing, thanks to the special Raw Processing method, gives the Spaghetti Al Bronzo Barilla a rough surface for an irresistible experience for the eyes and the palate. Al Bronzo recreates the Raw Processing, drawing from the traditional method of bronze drawing: the dough is extruded through bronze dies with inserts enriched with micro-engravings that give the dough an intense roughness.
