Our pumpkin velouté has a delicate and fresh flavor, this allows it to be very versatile, for example it can be enjoyed with toast bread croutons, chicken and many other foods. 
To make it we use pumpkins from our fields and we inhale with onion and celery in the right doses.

Ingredients:

pumpkin (105 g)*, extra virgin olive oil, carrots, celery, onion, salt (*grams used to make 100 g of product)
