Spianata Picante. Spianata piccante is a salami very similar to Ventricina, but it differs from this by the "crushed" shape, which comes from the processing process. It has a deep red color and a very spicy taste.

Our Spicy Spianata is a typical flat-shaped cutting product. Synthetic casing sausage is made with premium lean meats directly from our in-house slaughterhouse. Spicy, bold and for true connoisseurs.

Spianata Piccante Sorrentino is made with carefully selected local pepper and selected raw material. For this reason we consider it a high-quality product.
