Riso Flora is a historic Italian brand founded in the late 1960s. He is famous for being the pioneer of parboiled rice that never shakes, ensuring grains that are always shelled and al dente. The characteristic amber color of the classic product derives precisely from the Flora Method: a natural hydrothermal process based on high-pressure steam that pushes mineral salts and vitamins from the outer layer (chaff) into the heart of the grain, reducing cooking times and improving its nutritional profile.
