Originally from the Gulf of Genoa and born to accompany pesto, Linguine Garofalo enhance condiments based on vegetables or fish.
They are a format of Pasta di Gragnano IGP.
Thanks to the compressed and slightly convex shape, together with the rough and porous surface, drawn to bronze, they capture the sauces and give back their genuine taste.
