They come from the Neapolitan tradition and are a classic to keep in the pantry, the Fusilli Garofalo are golden grain curls drawn to bronze, an excellent Pasta di Gragnano IGP.
The quality can be seen: even draining the pasta a minute after the right cooking, they are tenacious and al dente.
They go well with Mediterranean vegetables and classic sauces.
