Pasta di Apice (also known as Pastificio Iebba) is an Italian artisanal pasta factory located in Apice, in the province of Benevento (Campania). The company specializes in the production and sale of fresh pasta, traditional dried pasta, and gluten-free pasta.
The fresh pasta is processed according to the tradition of Italian housewives and packaged in a protective atmosphere (ATM) to ensure its freshness for several weeks. It includes typical southern formats such as orecchiette, cavatelli, trofie, cortecce, cicatielli and Avellino fusilli.
