The panettone with black cherry, from the vintage wrapping, is born from the meeting of two prestigious confectionery processes, the sophisticated panettone Giovanni Cova & C. and the voluptuous sweetness of the Amarena Fabbri. For this reason we want to dedicate it to the most curious palates.

Panettone of 1 kg wrapped. 
Ingredients: wheat flour, candied cherries 21% (cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, water, acidifying agent: citric acid, concentrated black cherry juice, natural colour: anthocyanins, aromas), butter, fresh eggs, sugar, egg yolk, milk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings, salt, cocoa butter.
