LACTOSE-FREE PANETTONE - NATURAL BAKING PRODUCT.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour type "0", raisins (16.8%), fresh EGGS, candied orange peel (13.1%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, ANHYDROUS BUTTER* (MILK), natural yeast (WHEAT), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, flavourings.
May contain SOY, MUSTARD, NUTS.
* Butter is present in quantities that guarantee a lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product.
