Our Pandoro is a natural leavened bakery confectionery product, prepared with all the care Balocco with only ingredients not genetically modified.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - fresh eggs 20,6% - sugar - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - fresh pasteurized milk high quality 1,8% - salt - aromas - cocoa butter.
May contain nuts, soy and mustard.
Sachet of impalpable sugar (sugar - wheat starch - aromas).
