The Wholemeal Piadelle are prepared with selected ingredients, without lard and naturally leavened. They are ideal to be stuffed, folded or rolled. 100% good and wholegrain.

Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour 67%, water, extra virgin olive oil, dextrose 1.9%, salt, yeast, starch. Product packaged in a protective atmosphere and treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. May contain traces of soy.
