Type "1" soft WHEAT flour, SPELLED WHEAT flour (5%), linseed (5%), sunflower seeds (5%), dried soft WHEAT flour type "0" sourdough, OAT bran (2%), WHEAT gluten, iodized salt, turmeric powder (0,8%), cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes.
The package contains 2 bags of active dry yeast in a protective atmosphere (known as brewer's yeast): dehydrated yeast (Saccharomyches cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).
It may contain SOYA, MILK, MUSTARD, SESAME and LUPINE.
