Melatonin Triple Action is the supplement of L'Angelica indicated when falling asleep is difficult.
It acts on 3 levels for a complete action: Melatonin, enriched by the action of tryptophan, promotes sleep. On the other hand, Escolzia promotes relaxation and Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

How to use: It is recommended in adults to take a capsule in the evening, just before bedtime. The effect of melatonin on the reduction of the time required to get to sleep, is obtained with 1 mg. If the product is used to relieve the effects of jet lag take a capsule, just before bedtime, the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arrival at destination. The effect of melatonin on jet lag is achieved with a minimum of 0.5 mg.

Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Contains maltodextrin.
