Spadoni gran mugnaio, farina per pizza, ideale per una pizza alta e soffice , 1kg.

A mixture of soft wheat type "00", enriched with potato flakes and milk, ideal for a pizza high, soft and fragrant. The Mix for pizza with flakes is used for the preparation of pizza and focaccia from oven. The insertion of potato flakes and flour allows a reduction in the rate of aging of the crumb. The result is always fresh finished products that can be stored for longer.

Ingredients:
WHEAT flour type "00", flour and potato flakes 7 (potatoes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: sodium acid pyrophosphate, antioxidant: SODIUM DISULFITE, spices, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbile palmitate), skimmed milk powder, BARLEY malt, BARLEY malt and WHEAT malt flour, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes.
It can contain SOY, MUSTARD, SESAME and LUPINE.
