Gianduia cream ready to use based on cocoa and hazelnuts, for filling after oven. Particularly suitable for filling cakes, cakes, crêpes, croissants and krapfen.

Ingredients:

Sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), hazelnuts (6%), skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa to 10-12% cocoa butter 6%, lactose emulsifier soy lecithin, flavorings.
