Bread type "0" with extra virgin olive oil and dextrose. The Piadelle Mulino Bianco have a simple and irresistible recipe: soft and naturally leavened they are great to heat, stuff, fold or roll as you want.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour 69.3% type "0", water, 7.7% sunflower oil, 2.7% extra virgin olive oil, 1.9% dextrose, salt, yeast, starch. The product packed in a protective atmosphere and treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface.
May contain traces of soy.
