From today the recipe of our amatriciana sauce will be even more intense, thanks to a richer tomato base. Diced smoked bacon, tomato and a touch of chili, for a sauce as tradition dictates.
You can heat the sauce in the microwave to 750W for about 1' and 50'', removing the aluminum lid, or directly in the pan.

Tomato 66%, smoked bacon 18% (pork meat, salt, natural flavors), onion, extra virgin olive oil, natural flavors (contain milk, wheat), garlic, salt, chili. Origin of tomato: Italy. May contain eggs, nuts, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, soybeans, celery.
