The Portobello Mushrooms,

Portobello mushrooms are a mature variety of the Agaricus bisporus species, the same as common mushrooms. Unlike the latter, they are allowed to grow longer, developing a broad, open cap that can reach 15 cm in diameter. 
They have an intense, earthy taste. Their firm texture makes them an excellent meat substitute (often called "vegetable steaks").
