The gluten-free Cavatelli Farabella are originally from Molise but because of their extraordinary goodness they are now spread throughout central and southern Italy.
It is said that they are among the oldest formats, along with Lasagne, and the favorite of Frederick II of Swabia, so much to be served in the most prestigious banquets.
We at Farabella make them with pure spring water and the best raw materials. Gluten free, of course!
We recommend them with full-bodied sauces and pesti, but also with legumes and seafood.
