Ingredients:

wheat flour, filling cream (21.9%) [glucose syrup, sugar, water, delactosed fresh milk* 10%, palm oil, colouring: calcium carbonate; flavourings, delactosed skimmed milk powder* 2%, thickener: pectins; preservative: potassium sorbate], vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower), sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), sugar, fresh eggs from land rearing, glucose-fructose syrup, Brewer's yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, alcohol, salt, flavorings, may contain soy, tree nuts, mustard, *milk is present in quantities sufficient to ensure a lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of lactose cleavage.
