A sweet blend of bitter oranges, lemons, mandarins and bergamot. Cultivated and harvested from the first half of November until the end of May. Our Fiordifrutta is enriched with ginger, a spice with precious properties.

Taste: The tart aromas typical of Mediterranean citrus fruits, combined with the intense taste of ginger.

Pairings and tips: Often used on Gorgonzola, this flavor of Fiordifrutta is excellent on toasted black bread.
