Simply mist a film of oil over the entire surface of the dish to be cooked in the air fryer to enhance your "frying".

If the dish is frozen >
Mist the oil on the dish before starting cooking.
If the dish is fresh and therefore moist >
1. Cook your dish in the fryer for 2/3 of the total cooking time, to remove moisture.
2. Remove the basket from the fryer and mist the oil.
3. Finish cooking by obtaining a crispy and light "fried".

Use the bottle by holding the dispenser perpendicular to the dish, at a distance of 10 cm.

Each second of spray delivers 1.8ml / 1.7g of product (1 serving).
