A classic of Italian cuisine, with prosciutto crudo and Parmigiano Reggiano, quality ingredients for an intense flavor, lactose-free because they are made using a dedicated production process. Ideal with cream and parmesan.

Ingredients:

For pasta:
Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour 63%, EGGS 20%, durum WHEAT semolina, water.

For the filling:
Filling 35%: raw ham 38% (pork, salt), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt), braised meat (pork, salt, vegetable fiber, onion powder), mortadella (pork, salt, dextrose, natural flavors), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese, natural flavor, salt, nutmeg.
*Lactose-free (<0.1g per 100g). Parmigiano Reggiano is naturally lactose-free.
