Pasta (55%): Durum wheat semolina, common wheat flour type "00", ground farm eggs (20%), water. 
FILLING (45%): 21% Asiago PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet), dehydrated potatoes, ricotta (whey, cream of milk, salt), butter (contains milk), 10% Speck (pork, salt, spices, sucrose, aromas), soft wheat flour, whey, grated cheese (contains milk), salt, aroma.
