More full-bodied and consistent than the traditional spaghetti to make every bite even more enjoyable, the Grand Voiello Spaghetto has a sense of history and ancient traditions. In its forms, in fact, it reflects the authentic origin of the long pasta as the grandparents of the nonnes loved to taste it.
In fact, already in the 11th century in certain Jewish texts there is a mention of Vermishelsh. The Vermiculi of the legendary Liber de Coquina, the Neapolitan recipe book dated between the thirteenth and fourteenth century.
Something new, however, we have also added to the most historical of formats. The 100% Italian wheat used to make Gran Spaghetto Voiello is the fruit of tradition but also of research.
