De-alcoholic white wine from Cantina Zaccagnini for the "Tralcetto" line. An alcohol-free white wine that retains the fruity and floral aromas typical of traditional wines. Fresh and balanced, it is perfect for those who want a non-alcoholic alternative without sacrificing the pleasure of a good glass of wine.

This dealcoholized wine was obtained thanks to distillation on vacuum evaporation columns which allows the removal of alcohol, precisely, through evaporation and subsequent condensation. Initially, the wine is transferred from the storage tank to the vacuum evaporation column, inside which there are a series of cones. Distillation takes place in two steps: the aim of the first step is to collect the aromas which, being very volatile, are the first to transform into steam. Thanks to technology, the aromas condense and are collected for later use. In the second step the goal is the evaporation of ethanol: as you go up inside the column, the temperature gradually rises by a few degrees and this allows for actual dealcoholation: this is when ethanol evaporates.

At the end of the process, the aromas are reintroduced into the delalcoholized wine, thus obtaining a low alcohol content < 0.5% vol or no alcohol content: 0.0% vol. Technology is essential in this process. The aroma condensation technique allows to preserve perfumes natural so that they can be re-dosed, intact, in the dealcoholized wine. The finished product thus obtained retains the same peculiarities and organoleptic characteristics as the wine of origin. You need a great wine to enjoy a great dealcoholate.
