Softly spicy, a cheese with the "Ardito" soul in which the dairy tradition meets the qualities of the chili.

Ingredients:

Pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, minced chili, peppers (0,5%), rennet, starter cultures.
On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.

SHELF LIFE: this product offers its best quality when consumed within 120 days for the small wheels, within 150 days for the medium wheels.
