Rocca Toscana, il Corvino, il formaggio pecorino stagionato a buccia nera/nero, circa 3.2kg.

Pure sheep milk cheese. The cheese is white, crumbly and slightly rough with delicious, full aroma.

A chivalrous “Corvino” color (raven) for an intense and mysterious cheese. It conceals a tasty and savoury heart.

Ingredients:

Pasteurized sheep MILK , salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface preservatives E 202, E 235 and colouring E 172. Not edible rind.

SHELF LIFE: this product offers its best quality when consumed within 120 days.
