The Wild Boar Salami is prepared with carefully selected and defatted wild boar meat and a part of pork meat to ensure its softness. As usual in the preparation of the Wild Boar Salami the meat is ground rather fine and in the dough is added salt and an excellent mix of spices.

Ingredients:

Boar meat min 55%, pork meat , salt, sugar (dextrose, sucrose), spices, natural flavors. Antioxidant: E300.
